Counselling
Counselling offers a private, supportive space to talk openly about what is happening in your life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationships, loss, stress or simply feeling stuck, our counsellors can help you explore your thoughts, understand your feelings and find a way forward that feels right.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy designed to help people process distressing or traumatic experiences. It can support people experiencing trauma, anxiety, difficult memories and emotional distress, helping reduce the intensity of upsetting thoughts and feelings so they can move forward with greater confidence and control.
Accupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional therapy that uses very fine needles placed at specific points on the body. It is often used to support pain management, muscle tension, headaches, stress and general wellbeing. Treatment is tailored to you, with the aim of helping your body relax, rebalance and feel more comfortable.
Childrens Therapy
Children’s therapy provides a safe, supportive space for children and young people to explore their feelings, experiences and worries in a way that feels right for them. Our practitioners can support issues such as anxiety, confidence, behaviour, family changes, school pressures and emotional wellbeing, with care tailored to each child.
CBT
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a practical, structured therapy that explores how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected. It can help with anxiety, low mood, stress, fears and unhelpful patterns, giving you practical tools to challenge difficult thinking, build healthier habits and feel more in control.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you explore thoughts, habits and behaviours in a calm and supportive way. It can be used to support issues such as anxiety, confidence, fears, phobias, habits and stress, helping you make positive changes and feel more in control.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps improve movement, reduce pain and support recovery following injury, surgery or ongoing physical problems. Your physiotherapist will assess your needs and create a personalised treatment plan, which may include hands-on therapy, exercise and rehabilitation, helping you move more comfortably, build strength and return to the activities that matter to you.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling offers a private, supportive space to talk openly about your relationship with the help of an experienced counsellor. It can help with communication, trust, conflict, intimacy, life changes or feeling disconnected, giving you both the opportunity to better understand each other and work towards a healthier relationship.
